About
Art director & graphic designer.
Italian, from Verona, now based in Shanghai after eight years in Stockholm. I lead seasonal print direction for H&M Menswear, and outside of it I design identities, record sleeves, wine labels and capsule collections for brands and labels I believe in. My strongest tools are type, lettering and print: I draw letterforms from scratch and I know how an artwork is physically made, from embroidery and puff print to foil and die-cuts. Hyper Island trained me as a Design Lead, so I also guide teams and run workshops.
Lettering, custom typefaces and layout are where I'm strongest. I draw original letterforms from scratch and bring a subcultural, hands-on edge to commercial work.
Visual identities built around one strong idea: logo, type, colour and the system that holds them together, carried through every touchpoint.
From posters and record sleeves to labels, packaging and apparel prints. I know how artwork is physically made, from print techniques and embellishments to materials, and take it from screen to production.
Translating high-level concepts into fully realized brand worlds. I build cohesive visual ecosystems from the ground up, ensuring every touchpoint, from initial strategy to final execution, is driven by a strong core idea.
Trained as a Design Lead at Hyper Island, I guide teams, mentor junior designers and facilitate collaboration, aligning creative work with business goals.
Daily work in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with curiosity for what sits next to graphic design: motion, 3D and AI tools that I explore to push my work further.
